摘 要:为筛选能有效防除圆叶牵牛的除草剂品种,采用温室整株生物测定法测定了玉米田常用的7种茎叶处理除草剂对圆叶牵牛的除草活性及其对玉米的安全性。结果表明供试的7种茎叶处理除草剂,20%异?唑草酮SC和200 g/L氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯EC对圆叶牵牛的除草活性优异,GR90值仅约为各自推荐剂量的1/2;38%莠去津SC、50%特丁津SC、40%硝磺草酮SC、30%苯唑草酮SC和8%环磺酮OD对圆叶牵牛的除草活性较好,GR90值分别为各自推荐剂量的0.90、0.88、0.89、0.84和0.81倍。供试除草剂对玉米和圆叶牵牛的选择性指数均大于2,可以在玉米田安全使用。结合供试药剂对圆叶牵牛的除草活性与对玉米的安全性,茎叶处理除草剂可选用20%异?唑草酮SC和200 g/L氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯EC作为防除圆叶牵牛的首选药剂,其余供试除草剂可作为轮换药剂使用。In order to screen out the herbicides that can effectively control Ipomoea purpurea,the whole-plant bioassay method in the greenhouse was used to determine the herbicidal activities of seven commonly used post-emergence herbicides in corn fields against I.purpurea and their safety to corn.The results showed that among the seven tested post-emergence herbicides,isoxaflutole 20%SC and fluroxypyr 200 g/L EC had excellent herbicidal activities against I purpurea,and the GR90 values were only about half of their respective recommended dosages.Atrazine 38%SC,terbutazine 50%SC,mesotrione 40%SC,topramezone 30%SC and tembotrione 8%OD had good herbicidal activities against I.purpurea,and the GR90 values were 0.90,0.88,0.89,0.84 and 0.81 times of their respective recommended dosages,respectively.The selectivity index of the tested herbicides to corn and I.purpurea were all greater than 2,indicating that they can be safely used in corn fields.Considering the herbicidal activities of the tested agents against I.purpurea and their safety to corn,isoxaflutole 20%SC and fluroxypyr 200 g/L EC can be selected as the preferred agents for controlling I.purpurea among the post-emergence herbicides,and the remaining tested herbicides can be used as alternative agents.
