摘　　要：采用文献资料等方法以推动CBA联赛发展为主要目的,从心理学“羊群效应”理论分析CBA联赛观众从众行为。研究结果显示:基于羊群效应CBA观众从众行为特点表现为相对性、针对性、一致性特点;观众从众行为表现为球迷辱骂裁判或者球员、球员与球迷冲突、球迷攻击球员等;目前CBA联赛观众从众行为原因为赛事安全保障和组织管理不足、看台文化不足导致观众从众攻击行为产生、缺乏诚信惩戒机制、球员满意度导致观众从众行攻击为产生、联赛宣传及舆论导向不足。针对存在的问题提出:加强安全保障和组织管理;建立看台文化;形成失信和惩戒机制;重视观众利益;形成积极向上的舆论导向的对策建议。In order to promote the development of CBA League,this paper analyzes the crowd behavior of CBA League based on herd behavior by using the methods of literature,case analysis and logic analysis.The results show that:Based on herd behavior,CBA crowd behavior is characterized by relativity,pertinence and consistency;crowd behavior is characterized by fans abusing referees or players,conflicts between players and fans,fans attacking players,etc.;at present,CBA League spectators'crowd behavior is due to the lack of security,organization and management,and the lack of stand culture The emergence of aggression,the lack of integrity punishment mechanism and player satisfaction lead to the emergence of crowd attack,the lack of League publicity and public opinion guidance.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions:strengthening the security and organizational management;establishing the stand culture;forming the mechanism of dishonesty and punishment;attaching importance to the interests of the audience;forming a positive public opinion orientation.The research further clarifies the causes of the crowd behavior in CBA League,and puts forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures,which has certain practical significance for the development of CBA League,and also has certain significance for the theoretical research and development of the crowd behavior in CBA League.
