摘  要:目的观察12周空竹运动对小学生灵敏素质和平衡能力的影响。方法选取29名小学生,进行12周空竹运动干预,实验前后对受试者灵敏素质、平衡能力相关指标进行测试。结果与实验前相比,实验组十字象限跳次数增加显著(P<0.05);闭眼单脚站立、睁眼单位面积轨迹长度、闭眼重心轨迹外周面积变化显著(P<0.05)。实验后,与对照组相比,实验组睁眼重心轨迹移动速度、眼右前足百分比、睁眼右足跟百分比、右足比重、闭眼右前足百分比变化显著(P<0.05)。结论12周空竹运动对提高小学生的灵敏素质和平衡能力具有一定的作用,主要体现在静态平衡能力和眼时姿势控制能力的提高。Objective To observe the effect of 12-week bamboo diabolo exercise on agility and balance ability of pupils.Methods Twenty-nine students were selected for 12 weeks of diabolo exercise intervention.Before and after the experiment,the subjects'agility and balance ability related indicators were tested.Results Compared with before the experiment,the number of cross quadrant jumps in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05);standing on one foot with eyes closed,the length of the track per unit area with eyes open,and the peripheral area of the track of the center of gravity with closed eyes changed significantly(P<0.05).After the experiment,compared with the control group,the movement speed of the center of gravity with eyes open,the percentage of right forefoot with eyes open,the percentage of right heel with eyes open,the specific gravity of right foot,and the percentage of right forefoot with eyes closed changed significantly in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion 12-week bamboo diabolo exercise has a certain effect on improving the agility and balance ability of pupils,which is mainly reflected in the improvement of static balance ability and posture control ability when opening eyes.
