摘  要:建党百年来,我国学校体育评价政策经历了萌芽发展期、起步发展期、发展停滞期、革新发展期和蓬勃发展期5个阶段。其演进轨迹呈现出评价目标由社会本位转向学生本位、评价主体由政府包揽转向多方参与、评价内容由片面评价走向全面评价、评价方式由单一评价走向综合评价、评价标准由甄别选拔转向提升质量的特征。发展趋势:在政策目标上围绕深化学校体育评价改革,促进学生全面发展;在政策内容上回应“精准时代”诉求,逐渐走向“精准性”;在政策决策上以科学化和民主化决策为逻辑前提,采用多方协商策略;在政策执行上优化政策执行体制机制,培育和委托第三方介入;在政策评估上构建学校体育评价政策评估标准体系,树立规范。Since the founding of the party one hundred years ago,the evaluation policy of school physical education in our country has gone through five stages:embryonic stage,initial stage,stagnation stage,innovation stage and vigorous stage.Its evolution is characterized by the transformation of evaluation target from social standard to student standard,evaluation subject from government to multi-participation,evaluation content from one-sided evaluation to Comprehensive Evaluation,evaluation mode from single evaluation to Comprehensive Evaluation,and evaluation criteria from screening and selection to improving quality.Development trend:in the policy target,it focuses on deepening the reform of school sports evaluation,promoting the all-round development of students,responding to the demand of “Precision Era”in the policy content,and gradually moving towards“Precision”;In policy decision-making,scientific and democratic decision-making is the logical premise,multi-party consultation strategy is adopted;In the policy evaluation of the construction of school sports evaluation policy evaluation standard system,set up norms.
