摘 要:针对鸟撞试验结果与设计分析结果不一致情况,需要对试验和设计过程进行检查并定位问题,为后续问题解决提供依据。首先建立故障树,确定影响试验结果的因素为试验件制造偏离,鸟撞分析设计偏差和试验过程偏离;然后对各因素进行分析,排除试验件制造和试验过程偏离因素,定位问题出现在分析设计偏差;最后采用光滑粒子流体动力学算法和有限元数值分析,逐一排查设计过程中有限元模型的鸟体模型参数、材料力学参数、结构简化和尺寸给定等因素,定位材料力学参数和结构局部尺寸不准确会对鸟撞分析结果产生影响。综合考虑影响因素,开展鸟撞分析,计算结果与试验结果一致,表明结构改进应当考虑2024-T42材料的应变率效应和结构局部刚度影响。研究结果为飞机机头结构改进提供支持和依据。In view of the inconsistency between bird strike test results and design analysis results,it is necessary to check the test and design process,locate the causes of the problems,and provide the basis for resolution of subsequent issues.Firstly,the fault tress analysis is established,and the factors that affect the test results are determined as the test piece manufacturing deviation,bird strike analysis deviation and test process deviation;then,the various factors are analyzed,excluding the first two causes,and the cause appears in the analysis and design deviation.Finally,the smoothed particle hydrodynamics and finite element numerical analysis are used to check the parameters of the bird body model,material mechanical parameters,structural simplification,and size assignment in the finite element model during the design process one by one,and it is found that inaccurate material mechanical parameters and local structural dimensions will affect the bird strike analysis results.Considering the influencing factors comprehensively,bird strike analysis is carried out,and the calculation results are consistent with the test results,indicating that the strain rate effect of 2024-T42 material and the local stiffness effect of the structure should be considered in the structural improvement.The research results provide support and basis for the improvement of aircraft nose structure.
