摘  要:座舱盖是战斗机的重要部件,一般由金属骨架和透明件组成,透明件既要求有良好的力学性能和光学性能,又要为战斗机的减重提供支持,因此座舱盖透明件的制造与维修至关重要。先按时间顺序梳理了座舱盖的发展历程,简要介绍了座舱盖透明件材料的发展。以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚碳酸酯为对象对透明件材料的性能特点、制造工艺、损伤检测与维修以及新工艺的进展进行总结,分析了现有技术的不足,探讨了改进措施,并对透明件的未来发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为我国战斗机座舱盖透明件的制造与维修提供参考。The cockpit canopy serves as a pivotal element in fighter aircraft,typically generally composed of a metal frame and transparency.The transparency not only require good mechanical and optical properties but also need to support the weight reduction of fighter aircraft.Therefore,the manufacturing and maintenance of cockpit canopy transparency are of vital importance.The paper firstly reviews the development history of cockpit canopies in chronological order and briefly introduces the development of materials for cockpit canopy transparency.Taking polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate as examples,the performance characteristics,manufacturing processes,damage detection and maintenance,as well as the progress of new processes of transparent component materials are summarized.The shortcomings of existing technologies are analyzed,improvement measures are discussed,and the future development trends of transparency are prospected,aiming to provide references for the manufacturing and maintenance of cockpit canopy transparency of fighter aircraft in China.
