摘 要:为了提高某型飞机电源系统常见故障诊断效率,以该型飞机电源系统发电机的一例典型故障为例,结合其工作原理图,采用故障树分析法对该故障进行分析、诊断,建立以故障现象为顶事件的故障树及故障结构函数,得到了故障现象对应的所有基本事件;结合某单位统计的此类故障基本事件的概率,通过概率重要度计算,得到了该故障现象的失效概率,并在此基础上制定了该故障的诊断流程和故障隔离方法。结果表明,该方法的适用性较好,可以有效提高故障的诊断效率。研究方法可以为该型飞机此类故障的高效诊断、日常维护提供参考。In order to improve the diagnostic efficiency of common faults in the power system of a certain type of aircraft,this paper focuses on a typical fault of a generator in a certain aircraft power system.By integrating the generator′s schematic diagram,the fault tree analysis(FTA)is used to analyze and diagnose the fault.A fault tree and fault structure function with the fault phenomenon as the top event are established to identify all corresponding basic events.Using the probabilities of these basic events from a statistical source,the failure probability of the fault phenomenon is calculated through probabilistic importance analysis.Consequently,a diagnostic process and fault isolation method are developed.The results indicate that this method is highly applicable and effective in improving diagnostic efficiency,and it offers a valuable reference for the efficient diagnosis and routine maintenance of similar faults in the aircraft.
