进气道安装间隙对发动机振动影响试验研究

摘  要:针对航空发动机试车中发动机与进气道、试车台之间因安装方式不同引起振动响应表征不同的差异,采用控制单一变量法结合A台份航空发动机在不同试车台开展的振动测量对比试验研究结果,试验分析进气道和发动机进气机匣端面的安装间隙及试车台个体差异对航空发动机、进气道各安装截面振动响应的影响。通过A台份航空发动机在D、C试车台的振动测量对比试验验证,结果表明:进气道和发动机进气机匣端面的安装间隙与发动机风扇机匣振动呈现正相关,与进气道振动呈现负相关,其对发动机中介机匣及后挂点振动影响不显著,进气道自身振动增大的同时能够抑制发动机风扇机匣振动水平;在相同安装形式条件下,航空发动机、进气道各安装截面在不同试车台的振动响应变化趋势一致,实际振动水平与试车台台架制造、安装等个体因素相关;通过调整进气道与进气机匣的安装间隙值,可实现对台架试车中发动机风扇机匣振动响应的控制。研究结果为后续同类型航空发动机整机振动控制及试车台架设计安装提供参考。In view of the differences in vibration response characteristics caused by different installation methods between the engine and the intake duct and the test stand during engine testing,a control of single variable method combined with vibration measurement comparison tests of a certain engine on different test stands is adopted to experimentally analyze the influence of the installation clearance between the intake duct and the engine intake casing end face and the individual differences of the test stands on the vibration responses of the engine and the intake duct at various installation sections.The vibration measurement comparison tests of the engine on test stands D and C verified that:the installation clearance between the intake duct and the engine intake casing end face is positively correlated with the vibration of the engine fan casing,and negatively correlated with the vibration of the intake duct.It has no significant effect on the vibration of the engine intermediate casing and the rear hanging point.When the vibration of the intake duct increases,it can suppress the vibration level of the engine fan casing.Under the same installation conditions,the vibration response trends of the engine and the intake duct at various installation sections on different test stands are consistent,and the actual vibration levels are related to the individual factors such as the manufacturing and installation of the test stand.By adjusting the installation clearance between the intake duct and the intake casing,it is possible to control the vibration response of the engine fan casing during the test stand.The research results provide certain references for the vibration control of the same type of engine and the design and installation of the test stand.
