摘  要:【目的】为了改善方框滤筒在清灰过程中存在的“死区”和整体清灰效果不佳的问题,分析条缝喷嘴的喷吹距离和开缝长度对滤筒清灰性能的影响,以实现更有效的清灰效果。【方法】构建条缝喷嘴脉冲喷吹的数值模型,对滤筒内部的流场进行模拟和分析,以侧壁压强峰值和变异系数作为评价清灰性能的技术指标,设计4种条缝喷嘴,长度分别为75、50、38、30mm,宽度均为6mm,探讨喷吹距离和不同开缝长度对滤筒内壁压强分布的影响。【结果】条缝喷嘴喷出的气流会在滤筒底部汇聚,并在滤筒中下部持续保持较高压强,从而有利于该区域的滤筒清灰;条缝喷嘴对方框滤筒的喷吹强度随着喷吹距离的增加而先增强后减弱,喷吹距离为200mm时喷吹强度最佳,为2076Pa,此时滤筒侧壁的压强分布较为均匀,对应的变异系数为0.27;喷吹强度随条缝喷吹管开缝长度的减小而先增强后减弱,开缝长度为38mm时,喷吹强度最佳,为2261Pa,对应的变异系数为0.41。【结论】通过合理控制喷吹距离和开缝长度,能够确保气流均匀分布并有效冲击滤筒表面,实现高效清灰效果,利于条缝喷嘴在滤筒清灰中的更好应用。Objective In order to improve the“dead zone”and overall poor cleaning effect of the box filter cartridge during the cleaning pro-cess,the influence of the spraying distance and opening length of the slot nozzle on the cleaning performance of the filter car-tridge is analyzed to achieve more effective cleaning effect and provide guidance for engineering practice.Methods Construct a box filter cartridge dust collector system and simplify it based on the system.Then,perform grid indepen-dence,simulation,and experimental verification to analyze the effects of different blowing distances and slot lengths on the flow field and sidewall pressure values inside the filter cartridge.Using the peak sidewall pressure and coefficient of variation as tech-nical indicators to evaluate the dust cleaning performance,design four types of slot nozzles with lengths and widths of 75 mm×6 mm,50 mm×6 mm,38 mm×6 mm,and 30 mm×6 mm,and explore the effects of blowing distances and different slot lengths on the pressure distribution on the inner wall of the filter cartridge.Results and Discussion This article explores the optimal cleaning parameters of a slot nozzle for a square filter cartridge,and investigates the effects of blowing distance and slot length on the blowing intensity and uniformity of the filter cartridge.The main conclusions are as follows.The airflow ejected from the slot nozzle converges at the bottom of the filter cartridge and main-tains sustained high pressure in the middle-lower section,thereby enhancing dust cleaning efficiency in this region.For rectan-gular filter cartridges,the jet intensity first increases then decreases with increasing blowing distance,reaching optimal perfor-mance at 200 mm with a peak intensity of 2,076 Pa.At this distance,the sidewall pressure distribution demonstrates improved uniformity,evidenced by a coefficient of variation of 0.27.Similarly,jet intensity exhibits a non-monotonic relationship with slit length,peaking at 38 mm with maximum intensity of 2,261 Pa,though with slightl
