摘 要:为优化广西甘蔗气象观测站网布局并提升精准和精细化甘蔗气象服务水平,本文通过分析现有气象观测站网的类型布局、设备、数据要素及功能,评估其服务能力并提出改进策略。研究表明:甘蔗种植区土壤水分观测站(65套)平均站间距为10.62 km,达OSCAR农业气象领域门限值未达突破值;站网类型多样、功能互补,技术先进、数据连续且自动化;全区50套土壤水分站平均业务可用性99.65%,但部分站点数据到报率低;站网存在站点密度不均、设备老化与维护困难等问题。研究提出通过优化站网布局、加强设备维护、提升数据可用性及推动智能化发展等策略,为广西甘蔗气象观测站网的优化改进和提升服务能力提供科学支撑。In order to optimize the layout of Guangxi sugarcane meteorological observation station network and improve the accuracy and refinement of sugarcane meteorological services,this article analyzes the types layout,equipments,data elements,and functions of the existing meteorological observation station network,evaluates its service capabilities,and proposes improvement strategies.Research shows that the average distance among 65 sets of soil moisture observation stations in sugarcane planting areas is 10.62 km,which has not reached the threshold value of OSCAR in the field of agricultural meteorology;The types of station networks are diverse,with complementary functions,advanced technology,continuous and automated data;The average business availability of 50 soil moisture stations in the entire region is 99.65%,but some stations have low data reporting rates;The station network has problems such as uneven station density,aging equipment,and difficult maintenance.The study proposes strategies such as optimizing station network layout,strengthening equipment maintenance,improving data availability,and promoting intelligent development to provide scientific support for the optimization and improvement of Guangxi sugarcane meteorological observation station network and enhance service capabilities.
