浅谈吉氏流动度对焦炭质量的影响研究

摘　　要：对焦煤吉氏流动度、黏结指数、胶质层最大厚度、镜质组反射率指标之间的关系进行研究,并结合小焦炉试验探讨吉氏流动度对焦炭质量的影响规律。研究发现,吉氏流动度可以较好地反映煤的变质程度、胶质体性质,这对指导配煤炼焦具有重要意义。The relationship between Gieseler fluidity,caking index,plastometer indices and vitrinite reflectivity of coke were analyzed respectively in this paper.In addition,the influence of Gieseler fluidity on coke quality was studied by using pilot oven.It is found that Gieseler fluidity can reflect the metamorphism degree and the plastic mass properties of coal,which is of great significance to guidance of coal blending for cokemaking.
