摘  要:焦炉在运行中经常会出现格子砖熔融的情况,造成部分火道不能正常燃烧供热而影响焦炭成熟。沙钢焦化厂6座6 m焦炉2003年开始投产,2012年11月份1^(#)焦炉出现格子砖熔融现象,此后其他几座焦炉也陆续出现格子砖烧熔情况,现场采取更换蓄热室格子砖的方式,保证了加热系统的稳定。通过对格子砖烧熔的原因进行分析,并结合现场生产实际总结,提出了预防格子砖烧熔的相应管控对策。During operation of coke oven,there is a phenomenon that regenerator checkered bricks are often melted,causing failure of coke not being fully coked due to improper combustion of some heating flues.The six batteries of 6 m coke ovens at Shagang Coking Plant were put into production in 2003.In November 2012,melting appeared on regenerator checkered bricks of battery #1.Subsequently,similar problems have emerged one after another.To solve the problem,the checkered bricks were replaced new on site so that stable operation of the battery heating system can be ensured.By analyzing the causes of grid brick melting and based on the experience of actual production,control measures are put forwarded to prevent the checkered bricks from melting.
