摘　　要：主要介绍了干熄焦提升机系统限位逻辑存在的问题及改进措施,对提升机系统在生产中发生的故障原因分析,提出针对该次故障的解决方案,并对现有提升机限位进行深入分析,进一步完善其逻辑结构,以降低提升机主干故障率,为干熄焦系统的稳定运行提供保障。This paper mainly introduces the problems and improvement measures of limit logic of CDQ crane,analyzing the causes of the failure of the crane limits system in operation,proposing a solution to the failure,and conducting in-depth analysis of the crane limit system to further improve its logic structure to reduce the fault rate of the crane system and to ensure a stable operation of the CDQ system.
