摘  要:建立了气相色谱仪对焦炉煤气中硫化氢及有机硫成分的定性及定量分析方法。该方法可测定气体中硫化氢、羰基硫、甲硫醇、乙硫醇、二硫化碳等21种含硫物质。并确定了焦炉煤气中有机硫成分主要为羰基硫和二硫化碳,计算得出羰基硫和二硫化碳的校正因子,并建立校准曲线。该方法线性良好,检出限低,可同时测定多种含硫物质。A gas chromatographic method was developed in manner of qualitative and quantitative analysis for the determination of hydrogen sulfide and organic sulfur in coke oven gas.This method can be used for determination of 21 sulfur-containing substances in gas,such as hydrogen sulfide,carbonyl sulfur,methyl mercaptan,ethyl mercaptan and carbon disulfide.The main organic sulfur components in the COG were identified as carbonyl sulfur and carbon disulfide.Calibration factors for carbonyl sulfur and carbon disulfide were calculated and calibration curves were established.This method shows a good linearity and low detection limit,and can be used for simultaneous determination of various sulfur-containing substances.
