摘  要:介绍了焦化脱硫废液中副盐增多造成的危害以及脱硫废液的处理方法,针对某焦化厂现有脱硫废液提盐工艺的现状及产品硫代硫酸盐滞销问题,提出了工艺改造方案,将纯度满足不了市场要求的硫代硫酸盐转化为可以满足市场要求的硫酸盐。改造后的提盐生产线产出了合格的新产品,解决了滞销产品堆积可能带来的环保问题,取得了经济和环境效益的双赢。This paper introduces the hazards caused by the increase of by-product salts in waste liquid from coke oven gas desulfurization and its treatment.Addressing the current status of a coking plant’s salt extraction process and the market stagnation of thiosulfate products,this study proposes a process modification scheme to convert thiosulfate products that don’t meet purity requirements into marketable sulfate products.The renovated salt extraction line has produced qualified new products,resolving potential environmental issues caused by unsold product accumulation,achieving both economic and environmental benefits.
