摘  要:分析了剩余氨水蒸氨过程中存在的设备腐蚀、浓氨水含萘高、蒸氨废水量不稳定等问题,针对性进行改造。优化工艺参数,稳定蒸氨塔操作,去除浓氨水中S^(2-)、CN^(-)、萘等杂质,提高了浓氨水质量,减少了蒸氨系统的设备腐蚀。This paper analyzed the problems occurred in ammonia stripping,such as equipment corrosion,high naphthalene content in concentrated ammonia liquor,and unstable control of stripped wastewater,etc.,and put forward solutions accordingly.The optimization includes optimizing process parameters,stabilizing the operation of ammonia stripper,removing S^(2-),CN^(-),naphthalene and other impurities in the concentrated ammonia water.As a result,the quality of the concentrated ammonia liquor can be improved and the corrosion to the ammonia strippi ng system can be alleviated.
