摘　　要：焦炉煤气管道因焦油以及萘结晶出现堵塞致使生产运行异常,给粗苯加氢精制及焦炉煤气制氢装置的安全生产带来了严重的安全隐患。因此,在焦炉煤气综合利用过程中,必须持续加强对煤气水封槽的工艺优化及操作管理,为后续精深加工装置安全生产提供保障。The COG pipeline is blocked due to tar and naphthalene crystallization,resulting in abnormal operation,which is posing serious safety risk to production of crude benzol hydro-refining and COG-hydrogen production unit.Therefore,in the process of comprehensive utilization of COG,it is necessary to redouble efforts to intensify the optimization and operation management of gas water seal pot so as to ensure safe production of the downstream further r efinery unit.
