摘  要:离心压缩机是保证甲醇合成压力的关键设备,其长期在喘振区附近运行,既不安全,能耗又高。经过改进后,解决了离心压缩机喘振问题,节约了电能,具有一定的经济效益。Centrifugal compressor plays a critical role in ensuring the synthetic pressure of methanol.It is proved that the centrifugal compressor operates in a state of safety risk and high energy consumption due to long-term running within range of surge speed.After the optimization,the problems of centrifugal compressor,such as surge and power consumption have been solved,bringing great economic benefits.
