摘　　要：对焦炉放散点火系统存在的缺陷进行了分析,对焦炉放散点火装置进行了改进,一次点火成功率提升25%。所有的信号实现DCS系统集中控制,并在操作画面上进行显示,避免了长时间无组织放散,进一步提升了焦化企业安全及环保效益。This paper briefly introduces the defects existing in ignition system of coke oven.The onetime success rate of the automatic ignition device of the coke oven is increased by 25%.All signals can be controlled by DCS and displayed on control room screen,which avoids long-term fugitive emission and further improves the safety and environmental benefits of t he coking plants.
