摘　　要：随着大语言模型的蓬勃发展,人工智能(AI)技术正经历一场深刻的民主化变革。大模型及其配套工具显著降低了技术门槛,为非技术背景人员参与AI创新开辟了新途径。本文以“图书馆员的AI应用自主开发”为主线,系统探讨了图书馆员如何在这一技术变革中从观望走向实践。从机遇与挑战的认知启程,到技术民主化带来的探索可能,再到必要工具与技能的准备,文章全面梳理了图书馆员迈向AI开发的历程。基于实践经验,本文提出了面向图书馆员的AI开发ESSE方法论(Explore探索、Specify详述、Scrutinize评估、Enhance强化),为零基础图书馆员提供系统化的AI开发指南。“图书馆开放AI-Demo工作坊”的案例实践表明,图书馆员能够充分利用其专业知识优势,结合AI工具与提示词工程,开发出满足实际需求的创新解决方案。这一探索不仅有助于解决图书馆业务中的长尾需求,更展现了技术民主化时代图书馆员角色的新价值。The development of Large Language Models(LLMs)has ushered in a democratization of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology.With the emergence of LLMs and associated development tools,the technical barriers to AI application development have been significantly lowered,enabling individuals without technical backgrounds to participate in AI innovation.This paper focuses on the“independent development of AI applications for librarians”,systematically examining how librarians navigate this technological transformation from observation to practice.Following a trajectory from recognizing opportunities and challenges,through exploring the possibilities enabled by technology democratization,to acquiring essential tools and skills,this paper compre hensively map the path librarians take toward AI development.Drawing from practical experience,this paper propose the ESSE(Explore,Specify,Scrutinize,Enhance)methodology,a systematic AI development framework tailored for librarians with no prior coding experience.The case study of the“Open AI-Demo Workshop for Libraries”illustrates how librarians can leverage their domain expertise in conjunction with AI tools and prompt engineering to devise innovative solutions that effectively address the specific needs of libraries.This exploration not only contributes to solving long-tail demands in library operations but also highlights the evolving role and value of librarians in the era of democratized technology.
