AIGC赋能高校图书馆:基于用户体验蜂窝模型的提升策略

摘　　要：随着数字化现代化的飞速推进,传统图书馆模式在当前用户行为和服务需求日益多元化的背景下局限性日益凸显。AIGC这一前沿技术在图书馆行业的应用潜力尚在发掘阶段。研究AIGC在图书馆服务中的应用模式和影响机制,旨在为图书馆提升服务质量、优化用户体验提供新的思路和方法,推动图书馆服务的智能化和个性化发展。本文借助用户体验蜂窝模型作为分析框架,广泛收集高校图书馆用户体验和意见,使用Nvivo14与扎根理论对半结构化访谈的数据进行剖析,提取出关键范畴和逻辑关系,搭建AIGC对高校图书馆用户体验影响的理论模型。通过对模型进行剖析,从资源、服务、交互维度阐述高校图书馆引入AIGC对于提升用户体验的优势所在,并参照创新扩散理论和社会技术系统理论,对图书馆引入AIGC提出用户需求调研与技术趋势分析、用户参与与协同进化、持续创新与优化发展三方面建议。With the rapid advancement of digital modernisation,the limitations of the traditional library model are becoming more and more obvious in the current context of increasingly diversified user behaviour and service demands.The potential application of AIGC,a cutting-edge technology,in the library industry is still in the stage of discovery.The study of the application mode and influence mechanism of AIGC in library services aims to provide new ideas and methods for libraries to improve service quality and optimise user experience,and to promote the intelligent and personalised development of library services.With the help of user experience Cellular Model as the analysis framework,the study extensively collects user experiences and opinions from university libraries,uses Nvivo14 and grounded theory to dissect the data from semi-structured interviews,extracts the key categories and logical relationships,and builds a theoretical model of the influence of AIGC on user experience in university libraries.By analyzing the model,the advantages of introducing AIGC in university libraries for improving user experience are explained from the dimensions of resources,services,and interactions.With reference to the theory of diffusion of innovations and the theory of socio-technical systems,three suggestions are made for the introduction of AIGC in libraries in terms of user demand research and technology trend analysis,user participation and collaborative evolution,and continuous innovation and optimal development.
