摘　　要：强化企业科技创新主体地位是提升国家创新体系整体效能的关键所在。本文探讨了商业情报分析在企业技术创新和市场竞争中的关键作用,比较了图书馆与专业商业情报服务机构的服务模式的异同。文章构建了以用户为导向的图书馆商业情报分析方法,通过上海图书馆“面部填充剂”实际项目案例,阐述了该方法在实际商业情报服务中的应用情况,以期为增强图书馆在商业情报服务领域的竞争力和影响力提供参考。Strengthening the principal role of enterprises in technological innovation is key to enhance the overall effectiveness of the national innovation system.This paper discusses the crucial role of business intelligence analysis in enterprise technological innovation and market competition,and compares the similarities and differences between library and professional business intelligence service institutions’service models.The article constructs a user-oriented library business intelligence analysis methodology.Through a case study of Shanghai Library's“Dermal Fillers”project,it illustrates the practical application of this methodology in actual business intelligence services,aiming to provide reference for enhancing libraries’competitiveness and influence in the field of business intelligence services.
