摘  要:为发展一种来源广泛、环境友好、可再生的染料废水吸附材料,以灵芝菌丝体为基体,进行热碱处理并接枝聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性,制备出一种新型吸附剂(PMC),分别用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征改性前后化学结构与微观结构的变化,分析溶液pH值、吸附剂用量和温度对吸附性能的影响,研究改性材料对水溶液中刚果红的吸附性能。结果表明,灵芝菌丝体成功发生了脱乙酰化与PEI接枝,脱乙酰化和PEI的接枝可有效构造表面粗糙结构。PMC用量为10 mg、温度为30℃、pH值为5的条件下,对浓度为20 mg·L^(-1)的刚果红吸附去除率可达97.3%,较未改性菌丝体(MC)提高了172%。等温吸附行为最符合Langmuir等温线模型,并通过拟合得到PMC的最大吸附容量达258 mg·g^(-1)。吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,吸附是一个自发的吸热反应。循环吸附5次后,PMC对刚果红的去除率仍可达到90.3%,展现出良好的可循环使用性能。A dye wastewater adsorbent(PMC)which is rich in sources,environmentally friendly,and renewable was prepared with Ganoderma lucidum mycelia as the substrate,which was treated with alkaline and grafted by polyethyleneimine(PEI).The changes of the chemical structure and microstructure after modification were explored by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the adsorption properties of PMC towards Congo red in the aqueous solution were investigated.The results showed that G.lucidum mycelia successfully underwent deacetylation and grafting with PEI.The SEM results indicated that the deacetylation and the grafting of PEI constructed a rough surface structure.The effects of pH value,adsorbent dosage,and temperature on the adsorption performance were studied.The results showed that under the PMC dosage of 10 mg,temperature of 30℃,and pH 5,the adsorption removal of Congo red at a concentration of 20 mg·L^(-1) reached 97.3%,which was 172%higher than that of unmodified mycelia.The isothermal adsorption behavior of PMC had the highest fitting degree with the Langmuir model,and the maximum adsorption capacity of PMC was 258 mg·g^(-1) obtained by fitting.The adsorption process conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Thermodynamic analysis showed that the adsorption reaction was spontaneously endothermic.After 5 cycles of adsorption-desorption,the removal rate of PMC towards Congo red still reached 90.3%,which suggested that PMC exhibited good recyclable performance.
