滑梁式空气箔片轴承力学分析及疲劳寿命计算方法

摘  要:以滑梁式空气箔片轴承为研究对象,采用有限单元法建立了平箔片与底箔片滑梁连接部分的力学模型,并基于虚功原理对滑梁结构进行了力学分析,建立了箔片形变的计算模型;采用有限差分法求解等温雷诺方程,与箔片形变的计算模型结合构建了流固耦合的计算模型,实现了对轴承气膜压力的分布计算。在此基础上,计算了滑梁的最大应力,并基于线性疲劳损伤理论探讨了新型滑梁式空气箔片轴承的疲劳寿命。结合具体算例,对轴承的疲劳寿命进行数值计算。研究表明,滑梁最大应力约为106 MPa,滑梁式空气箔片轴承的疲劳寿命随着箔片厚度、滑梁斜率、轴承间隙及滑梁行数的增大而增大,随着滑梁列数的增大而减小,当轴承间隙为97μm时,轴承寿命约为9 a。Taking sliding beam air foil bearing as the research object,the mechanical model of the connecting part between the flat foil and the bottom foil sliding beam was established by using of the finite element method.The mechanical analysis of the sliding beam structure was conducted on the basis of the principle of virtual work.At the same time,a calculation model for foil deformation was established.The isothermal Reynolds equation was solved by using of the finite difference method,and a fluid structure coupling calculation model was constructed with the foil deformation calculation model.The calculation of the gas film pressure distribution of the bearing was carried out.And then a method for calculating the maximum stress of the sliding beam was established,and the fatigue life of the sliding beam and bearing was calculated based on linear fatigue damage theory.A new fatigue life calculation method for the sliding beam type air foil bearing was established.Based on a specific example,numerical calculations were conducted to study the fatigue life of bearings.It is shown that the maximum stress of the sliding beam is 106 MPa.With increasing foil thickness,sliding beam slope,bearing clearance,sliding beam row number,and decreasing sliding beam row number,the fatigue life of sliding beam foil bearings will increase.When the bearing clearance is 97μm,the bearing life is about 9 a.
