车前子壳沙棘复合粉通便功能人体试验评价

摘　　要：为研究车前子壳沙棘复合粉对人体的通便功能,采用组间和自身对照2种试验设计,其中试食组食用车前子壳沙棘复合粉,对照组食用安慰剂,受试时间均为15天。观察受试者试食前后排便次数、排便状况、粪便性状、粪便中双歧杆菌数量及粪便含水量的变化。结果显示,试食组受试者试食前后比较,及试食后与对照组比较,排便次数均明显增加,排便状况积分及粪便性状积分均显著下降(P<0.01);试食组试食前后比较,粪便中双歧杆菌数量及每克粪便含水量均显著增加(P<0.05)。研究结果表明车前子壳沙棘复合粉具有通便保健功能。To study the laxative function of psyllium husk sea-buckthorn compound powder on human body,two designs were used:intergroup and self control.The test group was given psyllium husk sea-buckthorn complex powder,while the control group was given placebo.The trial time was 15 days.The frequency of defecation,status of defecation,fecal character,bifidobacterium in stool and fecal water content were observed before and after the trial.Compared with the control group,the number of defecation increased significantly,and the score of defecation status and fecal traits decreased significantly(P<0.01).The quantity of bifidobacterium in stool and water content per gram of stool were significantly increased in the test group before and after the test(P<0.05).The results indicated that psyllium husk sea-buckthorn composite powder had the function of laxative health care.
