摘  要:为了方便评估数字相控阵雷达中高速串行通道的信号完整性,以及在高速链路异常时快速便捷地对故障原因排查定位,提出了一种不依赖外部测试设备、实时获取可编辑逻辑阵列(FPGA)中JESD204B接收端口眼图的方法.该方法基于Xilinx 7系列FPGA高速串行收发器提供的接收端裕量分析功能,通过调整与接收通道并行的测试通道的水平方向及垂直方向的采样位置,获取各个偏移采样点的误码率参数,从而扫描出接收端的眼图.测试结果表明,该方法无需额外增加外部测试设备,不依赖于通道传输的数据码型,可在不影响收发器正常工作的条件下获取接收端的眼图,对信道的信号质量进行评估.In order to evaluate the signal integrity of high-speed serial channel in digital phased array radar,or to troubleshoot and locate the fault quickly and conveniently when the high-speed link is abnormal,this paper presents a method for acquiring real-time eye pattern of the JESD204B receiving port in the FPGA without relying on additional testing equipment.This method is based on the receiving-end margin analysis function provided by the Xilinx 7 series FPGA high-speed serial transceiver.By adjusting the horizontal and vertical sampling positions of the test channel which is parallel to the receiving channel,the bit error rate(BER)parameters of each offset sampling point are obtained,so as to outline the eye pattern of the receiving end.The test results show that the pro-posed method does not need additional testing equipment,nor does it depend on the data code transmitted by the channel,but can obtain the eye pattern of the receiving end without affecting the normal operation of the transceiver,and evaluate the signal quality of the channel.
