测报方位距离课程想定教学内容的优化方法

摘  要:鉴于想定教学在测报方位距离课程教学中起着至关重要的作用,分析了该课程想定教学的现状;针对存在的想定制作标准不具体、实战化程度不高、数量支撑不够、层次性不明显等问题,提出对想定教学内容进行优化、建设基础和专业想定库、更新组训方法等优化措施.教学效果表明,采用建设好的想定库,可提高测报课程教学质量,提升雷达操纵专业军士预选培训效果.In view of the fact that scenario-based teaching plays a vital role in the teaching of Measurement and Report of Azimuth and Range course,this paper analyzes the current status of scenario-based teaching for this course.Aiming at the existing problems such as no specific production standards for scenario-based content,not high degree of actual combat,insufficient quantity support,no obvious gradation,no uniformity of assessment difficulty,etc.,the paper puts forward measures of optimizing the scenario-based teaching content,building the base of standards and the specialty scenario-based database,and updating the methods of organizing and training so as to boost the teaching quality.The teaching results show that adoption of the constructed scenario database helps improve the teaching quality of the Measurement and Report of Azimuth and Range course,and thus elevate the non-commissioned officers(NCOs)pre-selection and training effect for radar manipulation specialty.
