摘 要:为研究纤维对钢聚丙烯混杂纤维再生混凝土弯曲韧性的影响,设计7组共21个圆板试件进行基于圆板法的弯曲韧性试验,分析再生粗骨料和混杂纤维对HFRC破坏形态以及钢纤维掺量、钢纤维种类、聚丙烯纤维分别对HFRC弯曲韧性和峰后塑性变形能力的影响。结果表明:50%再生粗骨料取代率的再生混凝土受弯破坏形态与普通混凝土较为相似,均为脆性破坏,但再生粗骨料的取代导致试件初裂后的破坏更迅速,而HFRC均为延性破坏;随着钢纤维掺量的增加,HFRC的弯曲韧性和抗弯承载能力均有所提高;掺有超短微丝钢纤维SF1的HFRC的弯曲韧性与裂缝控制水平相较于掺多锚点钢纤维SF2的HFRC更佳;当钢纤维SF1的掺量为1.2%、聚丙烯纤维PPF的掺量为0.11%时,HFRC的弯曲性能最佳。To study the effect of fiber on flexural toughness of steel polypropylene hybrid fiber recycled concrete,7 groups of 21 circular plate specimens were designed for flexural toughness tests based on the circular plate method.The effects of recycled coarse aggregate and hybrid fiber on the damage pattern of HFRC and the effects of steel fiber content,steel fiber type and polypropylene fiber on the bending toughness and deformation properties of HFRC were analyzed.The results show that the damage pattern of the recycled concrete with the replacement rate of 50%recycled coarse aggregate is similar to that of the ordinary concrete,both of which are brittle failure.However,the replacement of the recycled coarse aggregate leads to the rapid damage of the specimens after the initial crack,while the HFRC is ductile failure.The flexural toughness and flexural bearing capacity of HFRC both increase with the increase of steel fiber content.The flexural toughness and crack control ability of HFRC doped with ultra-short microfilament steel fibers are better than those of HFRC doped with multi-anchored steel fibers.When the mixture of 1.2%microfilament steel fiber and 0.11%polypropylene fiber,the recycled concrete shows the best bending performance.
