浮箱式基础施工栈桥力学性能及水动力特性

摘  要:为解决深水环境下传统施工栈桥无法满足工程需要的问题,结合传统施工栈桥和浮桥的特点,设计出了一种适合深水环境的新型施工栈桥形式—悬浮施工栈桥。针对悬浮施工栈桥的力学性能及其水动力特性,通过数值模拟对栈桥进行静力分析研究结构的稳固性,进一步基于势流理论,采用水动力分析软件AQWA对栈桥开展数值模拟,研究基础潜深、波浪频率、波浪入射角度对悬浮施工栈桥六自由度RAO的影响。结果表明:在浮箱基础中设置隔板能有效提高悬浮施工栈桥的稳固性,另外最不利荷载作用下栈桥最大位移为34.7 mm,小于临时施工栈桥最大容许变形值;悬浮施工栈桥的垂荡RAO受波浪入射角度影响很小,纵摇RAO受浮箱基础潜深的影响最大,浮箱基础潜深选在7 m较为适宜。In order to solve the problem that the traditional construction trestle cannot meet the needs of the project in the deep water environment,combined with the characteristics of the traditional construction trestle and the floating bridge project,a construction trestle form suitable for the deep water environment-suspension construction trestle is designed.Aiming at the mechanical properties and hydrodynamic characteristics of suspension construction trestle,first,the static analysis of the trestle is carried out by numerical simulation to study the stability of its structure.Based on the potential flow theory,the hydrodynamic analysis software AQWA is used to carry out numerical simulation of the trestle to study the influence of foundation depth,wave frequency and wave incident angle on the six-degree-of-freedom RAO of suspension construction trestle.The results show that the suspension construction trestle with diaphragms on the pontoon foundation has good stability.The maximum displacement of the trestle under the most unfavorable load is 34.7 mm,which is less than the maximum allowable deformation value of the temporary construction trestle.The heave RAO of the suspension construction trestle is less affected by the incident angle of the wave,and the pitch RAO is most affected by the depth of the pontoon foundation.The pontoon foundation depth of 7 m is more suitable.
