摘　　要：高祖武德初设荆州大总管府,后改为大都督府。贞观年间荆州大都督府职权削弱。玄宗末年采访使治所迁移,荆州首次出现使司建置,荆州战略地位较此前有所上升。肃宗至德二载正式设立荆南节度使。肃宗通过荆南节度使建置清除了玄宗在巴蜀、江汉地区的政治影响,并且保障了战时湘、黔地区的稳定。荆南节度使的设置是唐王朝在安史之乱期间进行统治秩序重建的重要一环。Emperor Gaozu Wude initially set up Jingzhou Grand governor's office,later changed to Grand governor's office.During the period of Zhenguan,the power of Jingzhou Grand governor weakened.In the last years of Xuanzong,the location of the government moved and Jingzhou appeared for the first time,and its strategic position was higher than before.In the second year of Zhide,Emperor Suzong,Jingnan governor was officially set up.The setting of the governor in Jingnan played a certain role in the stability of the Tang Dynasty's political situation and the stability of the southern rule,which was an important part of the reconstruction of the Tang Dynasty's ruling order during the An-Shi Rebellion.
