摘　　要：促进高质量充分就业,是新时代新征程就业工作的新定位、新使命。党的十八大以来,我国就业工作取得积极进展,就业形势总体保持稳定。当前和今后一段时期,国际形势复杂多变,国内经济在维持长期向好趋势的同时仍面临一些困难和挑战。人口结构变动、产业升级和技术变革速度加快,对就业和劳动力市场都产生了深刻影响,也提出了新的要求。我国就业总量压力和结构性矛盾仍较为突出。面向未来,促进高质量充分就业具有坚实的基础和条件。要以就业优先战略为引领,以强化就业优先政策为抓手,着力解决结构性就业矛盾,加大重点群体就业支持力度,健全就业公共服务体系,提升劳动者就业权益保障水平,促进高质量充分就业。Promoting high-quality full employment is the new orientation and new mission of employment in the new era and the new journey.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,China's employment work has made positive progress,and the employment situation has remained stable on the whole.At present and for some time to come,the international situation is complex and volatile.While the domestic economy maintains a long-term positive trend,it still faces some difficulties and challenges.Demographic changes,industrial upgrading and technological change are accelerating,which have a profound impact on employment and the labor market and put forward new requirements.China's total employment pressure and structural problems are still relatively prominent.Facing the future,we have a solid foundation and conditions for promoting high-quality full employment.We should follow the strategy of giving priority to employment,strengthen the policy of giving priority to employment,strive to solve structural problems in employment,increase support for key groups in finding jobs,improve the public employment service system,improve protection of workers'rights and interests in employment,and strive to promote high-quality full employment.
