互联网产品的公共价值与商业价值均衡探究

摘  要:在竞争中寻求合作的发展方式,使互联网在发展创新过程中具有双重的驱动力,通过追求商业价值与公共价值形成了互联网独特的竞争优势。二者内在的对抗与张力,一方面,持续生产出纷繁多样的互联网及其衍生产品,在实现商业价值的同时创造了公共价值;另一方面,二者的冲突可能会衍生出各类社会问题。在数字时代,如何基于数据、智能算法、算力等生产要素,通过可持续社会价值创新,实现互联网产品公共价值与商业价值的统一与均衡,是网络空间命运共同体构建面临的重要课题。The development process of seeking cooperation in the competition gives the Internet a dual driving force to innovate.The pursuit of commercial value and public value has formed the unique competitive advantage of the Internet.The conflict between the balance in the Internet world has continued to produce a variety of Internet products and derivative products.It generates public value while realizing commercial value.However,inside the confrontations and conflicts,various social problems have been continuously appeared.In the age of the digital economy,how to realize the unity and balance of the public value and commercial value of Internet products via sustainable social value innovation based on data use,intelligent algorithm,computing power and other production factors is an important subject to build of a community with a shared future in cyberspace.
