摘  要:为了解船舶典型可燃物在燃烧过程中释放的烟气特性,针对三种典型的船用材料可燃物:管路保温材料、电缆材料、棉被的燃烧烟气特性开展物理试验研究,分析燃烧温度场、烟气中CO、CO_(2)扩散蔓延规律及热释放速率,通过试验表明,棉被的烟气量明显高于电缆和橡塑海绵;电缆需要持续不断加热才被点燃,且快速燃烧释放大量烟气;橡塑海绵烟气量极低且很难被点燃。通过对舱室内典型材料燃烧试验研究,有助于火灾烟气仿真研究的火源参数设定,有利于提前感知舱室内火灾发生的规律,对火灾初期的救援和消防对策具有重要的指导意义。In order to understand the characteristics of the smoke released by typical combustible materials during the combustion process of ships,the combustion smoke characteristics of three typical combustible materials for ships,the pipeline insulation materials,cable materials and quilts were studied through physical experiments.The combustion temperature field,the diffusion and propagation of CO and CO_(2) in the flue gas,and the heat release rate were analyzed.It was shown that the smoke volume of quilts is significantly higher than that of cables and rubber sponges;the cable needs to be continuously heated to be ignited,and it burns quickly and releases a large amount of smoke;the smoke volume of rubber and plastic sponge is extremely low and difficult to ignite.The typical material combustion test in the cabin is helpful to set the fire source parameters for the simulation study of fire smoke,and to perceive the regularity of fire occurrence in the cabin in advance.It has more important guiding significance for the rescue and fire control measures in the early stage of the fire.
