摘  要:针对船舶机舱流淌火危险性高和扑灭难度大等问题,在全尺度船舶机舱中进行流淌火灭火试验。试验设计了总过火面积为12.75 m^(2)的流淌火,并验证了不同消防系统对流淌火的灭火效能。采用的灭火系统包括:高倍泡沫灭火系统、水成膜泡沫灭火系统和低压喷雾灭火系统。试验中研究了流淌火火源处的温度、热辐射强度和机舱内能见度等参数,比较了不同灭火系统的灭火时间。试验结果表明,高倍泡沫灭火系统和低压喷雾灭火系统均能扑灭流淌火,但高倍泡沫灭火系统的灭火时间更短,而水成膜泡沫灭火系统无法扑灭高位的流淌火。高倍泡沫灭火系统更适用于扑灭高位流淌火。In response to the high danger and difficulty of extinguishing spill fires in ship engine rooms,the spill fire extinguishing tests was conducted in a full-scale ship engine room.The experiments involved a spill fire with a total burn area of 12.75 m^(2) and evaluated the fire-extinguishing effectiveness of different firefighting systems.The extinguishing systems included high-expansion foam firefighting system,water film-forming foam firefighting system and low-pressure spray firefighting system.During the experiments,parameters such as the temperature at the fire source,heat radiation intensity and visibility in the engine room were studied,and the extinguishing times of different firefighting systems were compared.The results showed that both the high-expansion foam and low-pressure spray firefighting systems were able to extinguish the spill fire,with the high-expansion foam system achieving a shorter extinguishing time.However,the water film-forming foam firefighting system was unable to extinguish the spill fire at higher locations.Therefore,the high-expansion foam firefighting system is more suitable for extinguishing high-position spill fires.
