摘　　要：船舶应急事件各阶段都需要语言资源的合理配置与高效支撑。借鉴英国船舶应急管理实践经验,构建船舶应急语言服务响应机制,提出完善我国船舶应急语言服务响应机制的措施。在应急准备阶段,应严格履行国际海事组织制定的安全类公约条款,探究设置非标准条件下的应急语言培训及考核,建立数字化航运系统,规范船舶标识体系,建设船舶事故协同救援体系;在应急响应阶段,建立船舶应急通讯话语语料库,及时发布灾情报道;在灾后反馈阶段,总结应急事件中的人为因素,提升船员安全文化意识及应急语言意识。Reasonable allocation and efficient support of language resources are required for each stage of ship emergency events.Based on the practical experience of ship emergency management in the United Kingdom,the response mechanism of ship emergency language services was constructed.Measures were proposed to improve the response mechanism of emergency language services for ships in China:during emergency preparedness,it is necessary to strictly comply with the conventions formulated by IMO,explore the emergency language training and assessment under non-standard conditions,establish the digital shipping system and the standardized identification system,and build a collaborative rescue system for ship accidents.During emergency response,it is suggested to establish a corpus of ship emergency language,and release on-site reports timely during the events.After disaster,it is important to analyze the human factors in emergency events,and enhance the crew’s awareness of safety culture and emergency language.
