摘  要:以飞机机翼油箱和机腹油箱同时泄漏引发油池火为场景建立火灾试验模型和仿真模型,通过试验和仿真分析火灾对模拟挂弹区(1~6号)的温度和热辐射影响,开展火灾对挂弹区热刺激的量化研究。火灾试验中测量出1~4号挂弹区的最高温度(70~1300℃)和平均升温速率(1.92~11.2℃/s),仿真研究得出4个挂弹区稳定阶段的平均温度(41~1006℃),分析得出位于3号挂弹区弹药受到的热刺激最强。火源正上方0.1~1.1 m处测得的最高温约为1100℃,最大平均升温速率20.9℃/s。仿真和试验得出的远场5号挂弹区(34.824 kW/m^(2),38.298 kW/m^(2))和6号挂弹区(13.371 kW/m^(2),15.651 kW/m^(2))的热辐射值远强于6号模拟弹下方距地面0.1~1.1 m测点(1.5637 kW/m^(2),1.825 kW/m^(2))平均的热辐射作用。将模拟弹处温度、火源上方温度及远场热辐射的仿真结果和试验数据进行对比分析,相对偏差在1.1%~16.7%之间,一致性较好。The fire test model and the simulation model were built basing on the fire scenario involving simultaneous leakage from wing fuel tank and belly fuel tank.The effects on temperature and thermal radiation of the six simulated projectiltes(No.1~6)were investigated by experiment and simulation.The quantitative investigations of thermal stimulation and the effects on temperatures of missile loaded to fighter area basing on fire test model caused by simultaneous leakage from two fuel tanks were studied.The experimental results showed that the highest temperature and the average heating rate of 1~4 projectiltes are 70℃~1300℃and 1.92~11.2℃/s respectively.The average temperatures during the stable stage of 1~4 projectiltes are 41℃~1006℃basing on the simulated results.The data obtained from test and simulation revealed that the ammunition No.3 is subjected to the strongest thermal stimulation.The highest temperature and the maximum average heating rate of the points 0.1~1.1 meters directly above the fire source are 1100℃and 20.9℃/s respectively.Thermal radiations of the far-field No.5 and No.6 simulated projectiltes by simulation/test respectively are 34.824 kW/m^(2)/38.298 kW/m^(2) and 13.371 kW/m^(2)/15.651 kW/m^(2),which are obviously larger than those(1.5637 kW/m^(2)/1.825 kW/m^(2))of the points 0.1~1.1 meters directly above the fire source.Comparing results of the experimental temperature and thermal radiation to the corresponding simulation ones,the relative deviation is 1.1%~16.7%indicating that the experimental and simulation results are in good agreement.
