摘 要:为深入分析某型碳纤维复合材料弹药包装箱的防火防爆特性,分别用有限体积法建立该包装箱三维隔热防火仿真模型和有限元法建立防爆能力仿真模型,对比传统钢质包装箱在同样热载荷和冲击载荷作用下包装箱内部温度,以及包装箱应力和应变的差异。通过对仿真结果分析,碳纤维复合材料包装箱隔热防火能力大幅提升,包装箱中心位置温度升高幅度较钢质包装箱降低约40%;碳纤维复合材料具有良好的拉伸和压缩性能,防爆能力是钢质包装箱的1.7倍。研究结果对于包装箱热防护和冲击防护性能、以及包装箱改进设计和包装箱内弹药的安全评估具有一定的指导和参考意义。To conduct an in-depth analysis of the fireproof and explosion-proof characteristics of a certain type of carbon fiber composite ammunition packaging box,the three-dimensional heat insulation and fireproof simulation model of the packaging box was established by finite volume method,and the explosion-proof capability simulation model was established using the finite element method.The internal temperature,stress,and strain differences of the packaging box were compared to those of traditional steel packaging boxes under the same thermal and impact loads.Through analysis of the simulation results,it was found that the heat insulation and fireproof capability of the carbon fiber composite material packaging box has been greatly improved,and the temperature increase at the center of the packaging box is reduced by about 40%compared with the steel packaging box;Carbon fiber composite materials possess excellent tensile and compressive properties,with an explosion-proof capability that is 1.7 times stronger than steel packaging boxes.The research results have certain guiding and reference significance for the thermal and impact protection performance of the packaging box,as well as the improved design of the packaging box and the safety assessment of the ammunition inside the packaging box.
