摘  要:针对未佩戴专业防护人员、消防救援人员等有防护人员及以救援机器人为代表的救援设备在舰船消防救援过程中的热安全问题,通过结合现代化舰船消防救援特点和风环境下池火燃烧行为特性及传热特性,提出火焰形态、辐射热流和火场高温三种热安全评价指标,并结合有关人员及设备热损伤研究制定热危害判据指标体系,进一步分离出燃烧行为及传热特性定量预测模型中与油池中心相关的变量,代入对应热危害判据,建立热安全定量评估方法。基于该方法计算各安全目标与油池中心的热危害距离,并进一步基于保守原则确定热安全范围。Regarding the thermal safety issues of unprofessional protective personnel,firefighters and other protected personnel,as well as rescue equipment represented by rescue robots during the process of ship fire rescue,by integrating the characteristics of modern ship fire rescue,the combustion behavior of pool fires in a wind environment,and heat transfer characteristics,three thermal safety evaluation indicators were proposed,namely flame morphology,radiant heat flux,and high-temperature in the fire field.In combination with previous studies on the thermal damage of personnel and equipment,a thermal hazard criterion index system was formulated.The variables related to the center of the oil pool in the quantitative prediction models of combustion behavior and heat transfer characteristics were isolated and substituted into the corresponding thermal hazard criteria to establish a quantitative assessment method for thermal safety.Based on this method,the thermal hazard distances between each safety target and the center of the oil pool were calculated,and the thermal safety range was further determined based on the conservative principle.
