摘 要:针对未来无人船舶管网系统泄漏与破损需要进行精确探测、及时预警、自主隔离及智能重构的需求,基于实船冷媒水管网系统设计一套船舶管网破损隔离与重构系统。通过基于智能阀的合理化配置,对冷媒水管网的泄漏与破损工况进行规划,并通过智能开发测试箱对管网系统的泄漏探测与隔离重构功能进行调试。在调试完成后,对该系统在实船模拟破损与泄漏情况下的探测与隔离重构效能进行测试与应用。结果表明,智能阀组初步实现了系统设计的管网破损自主隔离与自动重构功能,但因自身精度与管网压力波动等问题,还难以探测泄漏量小于1%的微小渗漏。In order to meet the needs of accurate detection,timely warning,autonomous isolation and intelligent reconstruction of future unmanned ship pipe network leakage,a leakage isolation and reconstruction system was designed based on the real ship refrigerant water pipe network.Based on the rational configuration of intelligent valve,the leakage and damage conditions of refrigerant water pipe network were planned,and the leakage detection,isolation and reconstruction functions of pipe network system were debuted by intelligent development test box.After commissioning,the detection and isolation reconstruction efficiency of the system under simulated leakage on a real ship was tested,showing that the intelligent valve system has realized the function of independent isolation and automatic reconstruction of pipe network damage designed by the system,but it is difficult to detect small leakage less than 1%due to its own accuracy and pipe network pressure fluctuations.
