摘  要:针对油水代换过程中扩散管海水射流流速过高可能会导致油水掺混和泥沙携带,进而影响油水代换系统可靠性的问题,研究不同型式、孔径的扩散管出流特性及其对代换过程影响。采用CFD局部物理模型分别对4种型式扩散管的出流速度场进行仿真计算,并分析4种方案的射流特性。结果表明,孔径取30 mm时,出口流速距底面约15 mm时减速到0.2 m/s;4种扩散管方案中T型长扩散管方案射流性能最佳,单孔最高流速0.297 m/s,平均流速标准差0.0672,流速分布最为均匀。最后通过缩尺模型试验验证了T型长扩散管在实际代换系统中的扩散稳定性及可靠性。Seawater and sediment may mix into the oil if the diffusion jet velocity is too high,which decreases the reliability of oil-water replaceable system.In order to solve the problem,the influence of tube type and hole diameter on jet characteristics and replaceable process was researched.The local CFD model was used to calculate and analyze the outflow velocity distribution and jet characteristics of 4 different diffusion tubes.The results showed that when the diameter of diffusion hole comes to 30 mm,the jet velocity decreases to 0.2 m/s when it is 15 mm from the bottom;the T-type long diffusion tube shows the best performance,the highest outlet velocity of single hole is 0.297 m/s and the standard deviation of average outlet velocity in 0.0672,which shows the best consistency.Finally,the stability and reliability of T-type long diffusion tube was verified through the scaled oil-water replaceable system experiment.
