摘 要:针对船舶上空间资源紧张、医疗面积偏小所布置的通仓手术室,其净高受管线、空间结构的限制,无法达到规范要求的问题,对通仓手术室的气流组织特性进行系统研究。采用FLOEFD对受限空间下的通仓手术室进行仿真研究,从热舒适性、送风有效性和污染物排除有效性三大类指标出发,对比规范要求的2.7 m净高和船舶通用2.3 m净高下单台、双台手术的四种工况。结果表明,将手术室净高从2.7 m下调至2.3 m,单台手术工况因送风量小,污染物排除能力弱外,难以满足洁净度要求较高的手术,双台手术在除污染物喷出口附近区域外,其余位置的局部空气质量指数(LAQI)均大于1,两个工况下整体排污效率(CRE)值也大于1。研究表明,通过科学合理的送回风形式设计,2.3 m净高能够满足手术室基本要求。To address the issue of limited space resources and small medical areas on ships,where barn integrated operating rooms are constrained by pipelines and structural design,resulting in net heights that fail to meet standard requirements,the airflow organization characteristics of barn integrated operating rooms were investigated.Using FLOEFD,numerical simulations were conducted for barn integrated operating rooms in restricted spaces.Based on three main indicators,thermal comfort,ventilation effectiveness and contaminant removal efficiency,comparisons were made between four scenarios:single-table and dual-table operations under the standard 2.7 meter net height and the commonly used 2.3 meter net height on ships.The results indicate that lowering the operating room net height from 2.7 m to 2.3 m leads to insufficient air supply and weak pollutant removal capacity in the single-table scenario,making it difficult to meet the cleanliness requirements for surgeries with high sterility needs.For dual-table operations,except in areas near the pollutant exhaust outlets,the local air quality index(LAQI)was greater than 1 in other regions,and the overall contaminant removal efficiency(CRE)exceeded 1 in both scenarios.These findings suggested that with a scientifically designed air supply and return system,a net height of 2.3 m can meet the basic requirements of operating rooms,providing a theoretical basis for designing HVAC systems for other barn integrated operating rooms on ships.
