摘  要:针对油水代换系统设计缺少设计理论指导,系统阻力、通流能力不明确的问题。以实船燃油舱为原型,设计4种型式的油水代换系统,对油水代换系统专用扩散管的阻力系数进行初步计算,通过FlowMaster建模分析比较油水代换舱串、并联连接及开、闭式膨胀舱等不同方案的代换通流能力及阻力,并对舱室顶部筋板阻力对代换过程影响进行研究。结果显示,扩散管局部阻力系数约1.7,阻力约2000 Pa。通过并联连接可以降低油水代换系统的阻力并提高通流性能。隔板上不同形状通流孔阻力较大,容易造成代换过程中隔板间燃油流动不畅。Aim at the problem of oil-water system design lacks theoretical guidance,and the system resistance and flow capacity is not clear,four types oil-water system based on fuel oil tank of actual ship was deigned,and the primary resistance of different forms of diffusion tubes were calculated.The flow capacity and resistance of parallel and series connection oil-water replacement system with opened or closed expansion tank was analyzed by using FlowMaster,as well as the influence of stiffened plate on top of the replacement tank.The results showed that diffusion tube resistance coefficient is about 1.7 and the resistance is around 2000 Pa;the connection can reduce the resistance and improve the flow capacity of fuel-water replacement system.The resistance of flowing hole on the stiffened plate is relatively high,which leads to obstructed flow between the stiffened plates in the process of replacement.
