摘  要:针对某拖轮机舱通风环境下小尺度油池火灾,设计尺寸1.5×1.5×1 m^(3)密闭舱室,建立双向通风结构。以正庚烷为燃料,对0.06~0.20 m不同直径油池火灾在通风速度4 m/s下火焰特性开展实验研究。分析通风环境下小尺度油池火质量燃烧速率和火焰几何形状变化,研究结果表明,4 m/s通风速度下,燃烧包括预燃阶段、稳定燃烧阶段、剧烈燃烧阶段、衰减燃烧阶段四个阶段,质量燃烧速率随直径增加而增大。火焰几何形状随油池直径呈非线性变化,与通风环境及油池直径有较强的耦合关系,基于Thomas模型,建立机舱双向通风下油池火火焰几何形状预测模型。For the small scale pool fire under ventilation environment of a tugboat,a type of two-way ventilation structure was built for a confined space with dimensions of 1.5×1.5×1 m^(3).The flame characteristics of oil pool fire with different diameter of 0.06~0.2 m were studied by using N-heptane fuel at a ventilation speed of 4 m/s.The mass burning rate and flame geometry were analyzed under the ventilation environment.The study results showed that at 4 m/s ventilation speed,combustion includes four stages:pre-combustion stage,stable combustion stage,intense combustion stage and attenuating combustion stage,and the mass combustion rate increases with the increase of the pool diameter.The flame geometry changes nonlinearly with the pool diameter and has a strong coupling relationship with the ventilation environment and the pool diameter.Based on model Thomas,the prediction model for flame geometry of pool fire under two-way ventilation structure in the engine room is established.
