风光蓄多能互补特性及多目标容量优化配置研究——以雅江中游某抽蓄电站为例

摘  要:建设多能互补能源基地是实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。基于ERA5-Land再分析数据和同步回代缩减法提取的典型场景,模拟计算了雅鲁藏布江中游风电和光伏出力过程,并分析了风电、光伏在年内、日内的出力特性及两者之间的互补性;以多能互补系统的综合效益、出力波动性、风光天然互补性作为优化目标,结合某抽水蓄能电站参数构建了风光蓄优化配置模型,采用NSGA-Ⅲ进化算法进行模型求解。结果表明抽水蓄能电站对该区域的风电和光电出力有很好的调节作用,风光蓄互补开发显著提高了新能源开发利用效率。Construction of multi-energy complementary energy bases is an important way to achieve the carbon peaing and carbon neutrality goals.Based on ERA5-Land reanalysis data and typical scenarios extracted by synchronous back substitution reduction method,the wind power and photovoltaic power output processes in the middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River is simulated.The annual and daily output characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power and their complementarities are analyzed.Then,taking the comprehensive benefits,output volatility,and wind-photovoltaic natural complementarity as the optimization objectives,a wind-photovoltaic-storage optimization configuration model is constructed based on the parameters of a pumped storage power station,and solved by NSGA-III evolution algorithm.The results show that the pumped storage power station is of a good regulation effect on the wind power and photovoltaic power outputs in the area.The wind-photovoltaic-storage complementary development significantly improves the new energy development and utilization efficiency.
