摘　　要：施工定额是概(预)算单价和建设项目投资编制的依据。为提升定额测定“数字化、信息化、智能化”水平,提出了基于物联网的施工定额测定总体思路,针对人工、机械及材料消耗量,分析了数据数字化、智能化采集与传输方式的具体实现方法。实践表明,所提方法具有可行性和经济性,为施工定额补充或修编提供了一种新途径。The construction quota is the basis for preparing the estimated unit prices and construction project investment.To improve the digitalization,informatization and intelligence level in quota determination,a construction quota determination scheme based on Internet of Things is proposed.In terms of the consumption of labor,machinery,and materials,specific implementation methods for data digitization,intelligent collection and transmission are discussed.Practice shows that the proposed method is feasible and economical,which provides a new approach for supplementing or revising the construction quotas.
