摘 要:小浪底水电站机组最初设计是通过蜗壳充水平压阀向尾水管充水,但这种充水方式存在水淹水导和含沙水流淤堵、磨蚀的风险。为此,提出了利用水电站机组技术供水系统向尾水管充水的方案,即正常情况下通过技术供水管路,将其他机组的蜗壳水注入待充水机组尾水管,而泄洪排沙期通过技术供水管路,将其他机组排出的清水注入待充水机组尾水管,既保证了充水方式的安全可靠,又利用了紧缺的清水。The initial design of the units in Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station adopts a draft tube filling scheme through the volute filling equalizing valve.However,this filling scheme is of risks of water flooding of water guide bearing,and blockage and erosion caused by muddy water.Thus,a new draft tube filling scheme with technical water supply system of the units is proposed.Under normal circumstances,the volute water of other units is filled into the draft tube of the target unit through the technical water supply pipeline.During the flood discharge and sediment flushing period,the clear water discharged from other units is filled into the draft tube of the target unit through the technical water supply pipeline.It not only ensures the safety and reliability of the water filling process,but also utilizes the scarce clear water.
