摘 要:洪水风险区划是洪水风险管理的基础。以汉北河龙骨湖蓄滞洪区为研究对象,基于蓄滞洪区运用标准、淹没水深及淹没历时计算洪水风险度,然后根据风险度大小,将龙骨湖蓄滞洪区划分为轻度、中度和重度3个风险区,并获得各风险区面积和人口数量。结果可为龙骨湖蓄滞洪区防灾减灾规划和国土空间规划提供基础依据。Flood risk zoning is the foundation of flood risk management.Taking the Longgu Lake flood storage and detention area for Hanbei River as the research object,the flood risk level is calculated based on the operation standards,inundation depth,and inundation duration of the flood storage and detention area.Then,according to the risk level,the Longgu Lake flood storage and detention area is divided into three risk zones:mild,moderate,and severe.And the area and population of each risk zone are determined.The results provide a basic reference for disaster prevention and mitigation planning and spatial territorial planning of the Longgu Lake flood storage and detention area.
