摘 要:对班组管理中面临的技术资料散乱、设备管理责任不明、运维针对性不强等问题,通过建立“图纸就地化”、“设备手册制”、“设备主人制”、“技改过程标准化”、“关键设备辨识及运行状态趋势分析”、“防非停检查制”等制度,完善基础技术资料管理,提升现场技术、设备管理的标准化、流程化,通过深度挖掘分析数据和共享技术信息,提升设备运行状态研判能力和班组设备管理水平。In the grassroots team management in hydropower plants,problems such as messy management of technical documents,unclear responsibility of equipment management,un-targeted operation maintenance work are commonly existed.Thus,systematic management measures are established,such as technical drawing localization,equipment manual system,equipment owner system,technical renovation process standardization,key equipment identification and operation trend analysis,and unplanned shutdown prevention inspection system.The management of basic technical documents is improved.The standardization and process-orientation of on-site technical and equipment management are enhanced.The ability of equipment operation status assessment and the equipment management level of the teams are improved through in-depth data mining and sharing of technical information.
