摘 要:为解决某国外水电站溢洪道部分消能墩受损,边墙与底板局部冲刷磨损问题,提出如下修复方案:将消力池内消能墩全部移除;消力池底板采用厚混凝土防护或采用环氧混凝土、环氧砂浆修复;对下游原抛石进行清理平整,在抛石基础上浇筑水下混凝土,确保溢洪道主体结构的安全运行。水工模型试验和数值仿真结果表明,该方案是可行的。In an overseas hydropower station,it is found that part of the energy dissipation piers in the spillway are damaged,and some areas of the side walls and bottom plate of the spillway are eroded.A comprehensive repair scheme is proposed to ensure the safe operation of the spillway.All energy dissipation piers in the stilling pool are removed.The bottom plate of the stilling pool is protected by thick concrete or repaired with epoxy concrete or epoxy mortar.The original downstream riprap foundation is cleaned and leveled.Underwater concrete is then poured on the riprap foundation.Hydraulic model tests and numerical simulation show that the proposed scheme is feasible.
