摘  要:针对水库除险加固设计方案,以投资、工期、安全性和施工难易程度为准则,建立了水库除险加固工程多目标模糊均衡优化模型,采用融合遗传算法和模拟退火算法的多目标优化方法获得最优非劣解集。江西某水库实例研究表明:获得的非劣方案集能够全面反映投资、工期、安全性和施工难易程度之间关系,可作为方案决策基础。A multi-objective fuzzy equilibrium optimization model is established for reservoir risk elimination and reinforcement project considering the investment,construction period,safety,and construction difficulty.A multi-objective optimization method combining the fusion genetic algorithm and the simulated annealing algorithm is used to get the optimal non-inferior solution set.Case study of a reservoir in Jiangxi Province shows that the obtained non-inferior solution set can reflect the relationships between investment,construction period,safety,and construction difficulty comprehensively,which can be used as the decision-making basis.
